It's an exciting time for the California Travel and Tourism Commission. In 2007, Governor Schwarzenegger made history when he signed AB 2592 - an assessment program for the passenger car rental industry - into law. In addition to assessment collections from the accommodations, restaurants, retail, transportation services, attractions and recreation segments, this landmark legislation allocated $50 million for the next six years beginning FY 07/08 for tourism marketing. Although in the past we've creatively leveraged our limited resources and produced solid results, we can now more effectively claim our stake in the increasingly competitive global marketplace. This dramatically increased our resources so that we can greatly expand the depth and scope of our marketing outreach. In order to do this, we're pleased to announce that we're expanding our team and have the below positions open for talented, hard-working individuals.
We will review all resumes submitted and will contact you if we are interested. Please do not call regarding the status of your submission.
