Description

CTTC brings UK & Ireland product managers to California for familiarization tours each year. One CTTC escort and 6–8 key product managers come to California on three different trips a year to experience Northern, Central and Southern California.

Partner Benefits

This is a great opportunity to promote and sell your product to those in the UK & Ireland who decide what goes in the travel brochures and what to sell to their consumers. They create the brochures, contract hotels and are always on the lookout for new and exciting product to promote.

Details
CVBs are approached by CTTC to host a group. Responsibilities include putting out a lead to partner hotels to provide accommodation for the group for the required nights; arranging an itinerary that shows off the region to its fullest potential, including activities and experiences that product managers can then bring home with them and add to their California program; and educating guests to all aspects of the region.

 Testimonial:

“Thank you so very much for the FANTASTIC trip - it was absolutely great and I may just have been converted from my five year affair with Florida! Everything was superb and it was made even more so to be with such a great bunch of people.”

Diane Lander, Thomas Cook Signature

Metrics

Brochure analysis is conducted on annual basis and the expansion of the showcased product (an increase in pages) is one key measure of how successful the product managers fams are.

All participating destinations will be given full contact details of hosted product managers. CTTC’s office in the UK & Ireland will assist with any follow-up needed.

Key Dates

CVBs are typically given a lead time of at least six weeks to arrange an itinerary.
