Description
The NTA Annual Convention offers delegates the opportunity to network and build relationships and to conduct one-on-one pre scheduled appointments with the packaged travel industry. This program requires membership in NTA. Business, networking and educational opportunities at the Convention include:
  • Tour & Travel Exchange — NTA tour operators, tour suppliers and DMOs have prescheduled seven-minute business appointments
  • Tour Operator-to-tour operator partnering — NTA introduced a business session that gives tour operators the opportunity to easily buy and sell from each other during the Convention
  • Education — NTA offers educational sessions
  • Networking — in both business and casual atmosphere

Details
To participate in the NTA Convention you must be a member of NTA. CTTC was a major co-sponsor at the opening Wine & Cheese Reception at NTA. CTTC created and decorated a California Pavilion. This pavilion served wines from regions around the State; each DMO had the opportunity to highlight their wines and serve sample food items from their area.

Metrics
  • Number of leads generated for the California travel industry
  • Relationship building during the Wine & Cheese reception with tour operators
  • Materials distributed from California state booth
  • Number of one-on-one meetings requested by tour operators during the business session

Fee Details
Wine reception co-sponsorships available for $1,250 + 4 cases of wine.
